Nick Incorvaia and Josh Batchelder are the creative team behind Reel Insyte. They both began with a passion to tell stories and went into higher education specializing in film and video. After a short time in school, each realized that the path to become professional storytellers was through experience. They both had opportunities to work independently in the industry. After working for a small time individually, Nick and Josh began to hire each other for occasional projects. After a couple years of operating like this, they realized they had developed a voice together that was able to express a story with passion, clarity, and emotion.

As their business and friendship grew, they developed a system for discovering the stories that their clients had to tell and began to clarify their vision and purpose together as a studio. With clarity came drive and the small company began pursuing larger clients and investors to fund projects. Nick and Josh are driven daily by the goal of producing long form materials for television and profitable distribution in the entertainment and educational markets; documentaries, episodic shows and feature films.
